ABOUT THE CONSORTIUM

The Georgia Educational Technology Consortium, Inc.SM, a non-profit corporation independent of any educational or commercial entities, is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors, all unpaid volunteers, under the leadership of Dr. Wayne Robinson of Walker County Schools.

CONSORTIUM PROJECTS

The Consortium oversees the annual Georgia Educational Technology ConferenceSM (with the cooperation of the Georgia Department of Education) and sponsors an electronic journal and an annual technology fair for students.

Dr. Traci Redish of Kennesaw ETC is the Conference chair. The eJournal is maintained by Dr. Jim Hutcheson, a retired educator.  Tom Lamb of Forsyth County Schools organizes the TechFair, with the help of the TechFair Steering Committee. Mary Starke of Muscogee County Schools is the webmaster for the Consortium and the Conference.
